A basement is a great way to add quite a bit of value to your home and quite a bit of entertaining space!

This one was a fun one to put together. A home theatre in back with a pool room out front!

This monster of a basement weighed in at ~2500 sq/ft! Quite a space to entertain…

Sometimes it’s just time to re-do that old dingy basement…

In this project added a 1/2 bath and some cool features for entertaining to boot.

A cool half wall to separate the area looks good, also hiding the lally columns in there work too!

We walked into this basement after it having a foot of standing water in it! We had to remove all the walls, electrical, all plumbing and heating in the entire basement and start completely over. We discovered that the main beam supporting half to floor about was severely undersized so we need to replace that with the proper member. After removing the basement slab in the bathroom we uncovered a major problem in the existing main drain line under the slab out to the street which we also had to fix.
